Job Summary
As a Driver at Hilton Doha, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services to guests, VIPs, and visitors. You’ll ensure each journey is smooth and professional, contributing to an outstanding guest experience from the very first interaction. Your role will also support hotel logistics and be pivotal in guest satisfaction and comfort.
Driver Jobs in Qatar Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all arriving guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Provide timely and safe transportation to guests, VIPs, and staff as needed.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, both on arrival and departure.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all assigned hotel vehicles.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely when required.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of Doha’s roadways, landmarks, and major events.
- Monitor traffic updates to plan efficient routes and avoid delays.
- Adhere strictly to local traffic laws and Hilton safety policies.
- Communicate with the front desk or concierge regarding guest transport needs.
- Remain informed about hotel services, promotions, and guest requests.
- Handle VIP guests with special care and attention.
- Log mileage, fuel use, and maintenance needs regularly for hotel records.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a driver, preferably in hospitality or luxury service.
- Valid Qatar driving license with a clean driving record.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
- Polished personal presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Calm, courteous, and discreet demeanor.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
- Strong knowledge of Doha city, attractions, and roadways.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
