Job Summary – What You’ll Do as a lululemon Educator

As a lululemon Educator, your primary responsibility is to create a world-class guest experience. You will welcome customers (our “guests”) into our stores, educate them on our products, and authentically represent the lululemon community and culture. From fit recommendations to technical fabric explanations, you’ll be the guest’s guide to finding what supports their movement and well-being.


Key Responsibilities – Making Every Moment Count

Guest Experience

  • Provide a warm and welcoming in-store experience that values guests’ time
  • Understand guests’ unique needs and suggest effective solutions or products
  • Explain product features and benefits with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Ensure smooth guest transactions and returns using in-store technology

Working With Others

Store Operations
