Job Summary
The Company Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of the Managing Director and family members, while also maintaining the cleanliness and operability of the vehicle. The role includes errands, occasional family support duties, and coordination of vehicle servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily chauffeur services to the Managing Director and family members
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily inspections
- Coordinate and arrange car servicing and necessary repairs
- Drive family members, including children, safely to appointments or school when required
- Plan routes based on traffic and ensure timely arrivals
- Manage vehicle-related records (logbooks, service schedules, repairs)
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude at all times
- Adhere to all road safety and traffic regulations
- Communicate clearly and promptly with employer and family regarding schedules
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion related to employer matters
- Be available for occasional extended or flexible working hours if required
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Valid Hong Kong Driving Licence Class 1 & 2
- Clean driving record (must present official record upon request)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a personal or company driver
- Experience driving children or families is a strong advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong roads and traffic patterns
- Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese) and basic conversational English
