📝 Job Summary

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be the face of our brand at the very end of our customer journey. Your mission is to safely deliver and install whiteware appliances (like washing machines, fridges, ovens) in customers’ homes while providing top-notch service and professionalism.

From understanding the best way to move items into a home to removing packaging and even uninstalling old units, this is a varied and rewarding job that puts the customer experience front and center.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Deliver and install whiteware and appliances in residential homes across Auckland.
Determine safe and efficient entry paths to deliver products into customers’ homes.
Provide installation services, including setup and functional testing.
Unpack and remove old appliances and packaging materials.
Serve as the final point of contact in the customer’s purchase experience.
Follow company guidelines and safety procedures at all times.
Ensure daily delivery schedules are followed and timely delivery is achieved.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, report any mechanical issues, and perform basic checks.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers during delivery.
Work collaboratively with a delivery partner (buddy system).
Report delivery issues or customer concerns to the appropriate department.
Maintain a high standard of presentation and behavior that reflects the brand.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

Full, clean New Zealand Driver’s License (manual license preferred).
Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move heavy appliances safely.
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
Basic understanding of home appliance installation and safety practices.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours when required.
Ability to follow procedures and complete paperwork accurately.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Capable of working independently and as part of a small delivery team.
