🚗 Job Summary
As a Driver at Hilton Doha, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests and visitors to various destinations, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image. This role is essential in shaping guests’ first and last impressions of their stay.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure with transportation needs.
- Provide reliable, timely, and safe driving services within Doha and surrounding areas.
- Transport guests, VIPs, and Hilton team members as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and presentation of all hotel vehicles.
- Ensure all vehicle documentation, fuel logs, and records accurately maintained.
- Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance.
- Offer insights on local attractions, landmarks, and events.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Concierge for guest schedules.
- Uphold Hilton brand standards for guest interactions and personal presentation.
- Follow hotel security protocols and health and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with luggage handling and parking vehicles when required.
- Remain discreet and professional with all guest interactions.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience in hospitality, leisure, or service industries.
- Valid Qatar driving license with clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with Doha roads, landmarks, and traffic regulations.
Preferred:
