As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at The Lana. You will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to a flawless standard, ensuring each guest is welcomed with a beautifully prepared space. - Clean guest rooms, corridors, pantries, and public floor areas in accordance with hotel standards.

- Inspect and report maintenance issues or damages to the Supervisor promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and storage areas throughout the shift.
- Respond courteously to guest inquiries or requests, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Handle guest amenities and cleaning supplies with care and cost-awareness.
- Record guest preferences and housekeeping notes to enhance future visits.
- Monitor room status and update housekeeping logs through internal systems.
- Uphold confidentiality and guest privacy at all times.
- Ensure all cleaning and safety standards are strictly followed.
